This camera is designed to provide low light qualitative and quantitative fluorescence image capture together in one unit.
Applications range from high resolution color brightfield to low light monochrome quantitative image capture.
원리
시료 자체가 형광성을 가지고 있고, 형광물질을 흡착할 수 있는 것에 유효. 자외선 발생장치와 광원필터를 사용하여 암실 또는 반암실 내에서 보통의 광학현미경에 의해 관찰하며, 개개의 시료에 따라서 적합한 형광색소를 선택한다.

- 3 Kinds of filter block for UV,B and G they comprese and exiter filter, a dichroic mirron, and barrier filter.

2) Blue filter range : Excitation filter EX450-490 dichronic mirror DM505, and barrier filter BA520

- Color Cooled Digital Camera Head
1) High-resolution images: 16.25-megapixel CMOS sensors
: images with resolution as high as 4908 x 3264 pixels, without pixel shifting of pixel stepping.
2) Photography with the natural colors seen through the microscope
3) High-speed live display
: The DS-Ri2 can display 4908x3264 pixel (full-pixel) images at 6 fps, or 1636x1088 pixel (3x3 pixel averaging) images at 45 fps.
4) High sensitivity, low noise
: Sensitivity settings that span the range from ISO200 to ISO12800 allow the capture of vivid fluorescent color images.

- Displays, loads and saves binary, 8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit and 48-bit (RGB) image types
- Shading correction and background subtraction
- Overlay multi-fluorescent images with background DIC/Phase Contrast
- Regions of interest include: rectangular, elliptical, line, angle, and free form
- Stack processing : Stack arithmetic, best focus, montage, topographical surface, view orthogonal planes, create movie

2. 기기교육 이수자만 사용가능, 최초사용자는 반드시 담당자에게 사전 문의, 사용법 숙지 후 사용가능.

3. 평일18시 이후 또는 주말 사용자는 사용예약일 전날 공용기기실 사무실에서 열쇠를 대여할 것!
