※ 용도(End-user's Use)
- 투과/반사-명시야, 미분간섭, 형광 등의 다양한 관찰
- 고해상도 기능을 갖추고 있어 극 미세물질(나노입자 등)의 생체조직 내 독성영향 관찰
- 두꺼운 샘플이나 세포 등을 손상시키지 않고 Z축으로 여러 장 찍어 1장으로 만들어 선명한 영상 관찰
- 미분간섭기능(DIC)을 이용하여 난(egg)의 변화 및 이상 유무 확인 가능
- 영상분석시스템을 통해 시간흐름에 따른 변화관찰, 영향의 정량분석 등 가능
- 다양한 독성학적 시험재료 관찰을 보다 정밀하게 수행하고 정량적으로 분석하여 고난이도의 독성연구에 활용

2. 예약은 당일기준으로 일주일(7일)까지만 가능하며, 일일 최대4시간 입니다.

★ 예) 7월 1일(월요일) 이면, 7월 8일(월요일) 까지 예약이 가능.
★ 18시 ~ 다음날 09시 까지에는 타연구자의 예약이 없을경우, 4시간이상 추가 예약이 가능함. (담당자에게 미리 연락)

3. 본장비는 운영자 지원으로 운영되지 않습니다. 독자사용만 가능하며, 사용법 문의는 740-8708 로 연락주십시오.
