Multi-color detection in fluorescence, luminescence, FRET & BRET. SPARK is multi-functional microplate reader. This instrument can measure 4 applications, fluorescence, luminescence, time resonance fluorescence, and fluorescence polarization. And it support the temperature control, plate shaking and sample dispensing.
