혈액, 소변, 체액, 약품, 배양액, 세포, 식물 등 시료의 종류에 제한이 없어서, 모든 Sample에서 삼투압을 측정할 수 있다. 연구용뿐만 아니라 학생실습용으로도 범용적으로 사용할 수 있는 장비

-Sample Volume : 10 μL nominal.
-Measurement Range : Typically 20 to 3200 mmol/kg*(up to 3600 mmol/kg with extended range osmometer) @ 25 °C ambient.
-Measurement Time : 90 seconds.
-Resolution : 1 mmol/kg.
-Repeatability : ≤ 2 mmol/kg Standard Deviation between 20 to 1000 mmol/kg; ≤ 0.5% of reading
between 1000 and 3200 mmol/kg; while operating between 20 and 25 °C.
-Linearity : ± 5% of reading over total range and ±1% of reading over calibrated range while operating between 20 and 25 °C.

1. Sample disc를 꼭 한 장만 올린다. (오염방지)
2. Forcep으로 Sample홀더를 긁지 않도록 주의한다.
3. 파이펫 팁끝단을 Sample disc에 접촉해준다. (팁 끝에 남아있는 샘플이 다 흡수되게)
4. 측정이 끝나면 kim wipes로 닦아준다.
5. 악세서리 대여장을 필히 작성하고 사용한다.
6. 로그북의 Calibration, Clean 을 확인한다.(Clean이 되어있을 시에는 담당자에게 문의한다.-Clean 후 Calibration 해야 사용가능)
